Honouring the Bonds – Parenting Program

Honouring the Bonds

Parenting Program

May 11 to September 22, 2018

Honoring the Bonds respects traditional principles of child development while integrating Western approaches made relevant for contemporary parents. Foundational teachings are provided from a cultural worldview that sees the child as a “teacher,” brought into the world to teach parents/caregivers and families to honor the life journeys of truth, honesty, relationship, and innocence.

Early experiences directly influence the development of a healthy child. Connections used become strengthened, while those which are not being lost. Helping children build strong brains means providing them with stimulating learning opportunities, nurturing, and positive response relationships from day one.
